Standard:  1 to 4 Audiobooks (4-9 days) $4.00
Each additional Audiobook: $0.75

2^nd Day:    1 to 4 Audiobooks: $8.00
Each additional Audiobook: $1.00

Next Day:  1 to 4 Audiobooks: $15.00
Each additional Audiobook: $2.00
